The Season

Ten weeks. Twelve women. One raise at a time.

Every season we pair six founders who are raising with six investors who are writing. Weekly working sessions, a live data room review, and a closing dinner where the round usually gets done.

  1. Week 1 to 3Narrative and metrics teardown with two general partners
  2. Week 4 to 7Term sheet clinic with counsel sitting in the room
  3. Week 8 to 10Closing dinner and an operator bench for your first 18 months
